Welcome to Pure IVs LLC (âPure IVs,â âwe,â âour,â or âusâ). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, booking platform, mobile IV therapy treatments, and all related services. By booking an appointment, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Pure IVs
Pure IVs LLC provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services throughout New York City. All treatments are administered by licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) under the guidance of a licensed medical provider.
Our services support wellness but are not a replacement for medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, or traditional medical care.
2. Eligibility
To receive services from Pure IVs, clients must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate information during intake
- Be able to give informed consent
- Have a safe and clean environment for treatment
Pure IVs may decline service if:
- You appear medically unstable
- You are intoxicated or impaired
- You refuse to provide honest health information
- The service environment is unsafe
- You exhibit contraindications to IV therapy
3. Not Medical Advice
The content on our website and marketing materials is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a licensed physician prior to receiving IV therapy, especially if you have health conditions.

4. Booking & Payment Terms
a. Booking Requirements
Appointments may be booked through our website, booking widget, phone, or messaging platforms. To schedule, clients must provide:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email
- Service address
- All required intake information
b. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
c. Travel Fees
Service locations outside designated areas may incur a travel or mobile service fee, disclosed prior to confirming the booking.
d. Group Bookings
Group appointments or events may require a deposit to secure date and staffing.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect our nursesâ time and travel commitment:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- Reschedules are subject to availability
Pure IVs may reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, staff availability, or safety concerns.
6. Health & Safety Agreement
By receiving services, you acknowledge:
- You have provided truthful health information
- You understand the risks of IV therapy, including bruising, irritation, allergic reactions, or infection
- You will follow instructions given by Pure IVs medical staff
- You will notify the nurse of discomfort or adverse symptoms during treatment
- You accept responsibility for complications due to undisclosed medical conditions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by New York law:
- Pure IVs is not liable for injuries or reactions unless caused by proven negligence
- We are not responsible for complications resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the client
- We are not liable for injuries or property damage due to unsafe treatment environments
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure IVs, its nurses, employees, and medical oversight providers against claims arising from misuse of services or failure to follow guidance.
8. SMS/Text Message Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding:
- Appointment confirmations
- Scheduling updates
- Nurse arrival notifications
- Follow-up care instructions
- Account and service-related communication
Marketing SMS are sent
only if you separately opt in.
Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Your consent is not required to purchase or receive services.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Engage in illegal activity
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Impersonate any person or entity

We may refuse or terminate service if a client:

- Acts abusively or threatens staff
- Creates unsafe conditions
- Violates these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within New York City.
